We’ve been very excited to be part of Derren Brown’s ‘Showman’ at the gorgeous Apollo theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue. And no, we were most definitely not there as plants or stooges! We had a bit of surprise singing to do… Oh, and we can promise no actors are used in the show - we checked!! Many times. It’s absolutely magic and you can see for yourself now on Channel 4.
It’s an exciting time for Actors Rechoired! Not only are we due to resume soon for a new term, but we’ve also been taking part in a very special West End gig… We’re sworn to secrecy at the moment, but will be able to share the excitment at the end of Term 1!

I think we can safely say that continuing a choir over Zoom has had its challenges! We’re now delighted to be back singing together again and even more so that we can finally open our doors again to new members.
If you’d like to audition to join us, please take a look at our membership page to see what’s involved. Whilst we’re still in the grip of Covid-19, we’re also asking all auditionees and members to take a lateral-flow test 24-48 hours prior to rehearsal / audition. You’ll also be asked to have your temperature taken and sanitise your hands on arrival.
